Already have a storeMoving off a platform that forbids your category, or getting a store back from a developer who holds the domain and the logins. We do not quote this from a price list, because the number depends entirely on what turns out to be in your name. So we audit that first and tell you the answer whether or not it leads to work for us.
If you already control your store and your accounts, and the only thing standing between you and card payments is what an underwriter would find on the site, Groundwork is the cheaper answer and it carries a fixed price. This band is for when getting your own property back is part of the job.

What do you take on?
Products that are legal to sell in the markets you ship to, including categories that mainstream platforms refuse on policy rather than law. Peptides positioned for research use, supplements, hemp where permitted, and similar.
What will you not do?
We do not launch products that are illegal to sell where you operate, and we do not write false health or earnings claims. Aggressive or unproven claims are exactly what gets a merchant account closed.
Who is responsible for the products and claims?
You are. Approved Commerce builds technology and connects infrastructure. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship anything. Our agreements put product, labeling, and regulatory responsibility on the merchant, and we help you meet the basics like age gates and required disclaimers.
Is this legal advice?
No. We are builders, not lawyers. For your specific labeling, licensing, and regulatory questions we will tell you to confirm with a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction, and we build to whatever they confirm. Our full terms set out exactly where responsibility sits.
