Free · 30 minutes · No obligation

Talk to us before you commit to anything.

You do not have to apply to speak to us. If you have been burned by an agency before, or you have simply been told no by enough processors to stop trusting anyone who says yes, book a call and ask us the hard questions first. We would rather spend thirty minutes being checked than sign a client who is not sure about us.

If we are the wrong fit, we will tell you on the call. Some categories we will not take on, and some problems do not need an agency at all. You will get that answer on the call itself, free, rather than in a proposal designed to talk you into something. Nothing is quoted until we both know what the job is.

What we cover in thirty minutes

There is no deck and no discovery questionnaire. It is a working conversation, and you should come away knowing what you would do next whether or not you hire us.

What you actually sell

The specific products and how they are described, because the wording on a product page decides more underwriting outcomes than the product itself does.

Where payments stand

Who you are processing with now, who has declined or dropped you, and whether the reason they gave is the real one.

What has already gone wrong

A frozen account, a held balance, a developer who will not hand over the domain. Bring the messy part; it is usually the part that decides the plan.

What we would actually do

A straight answer on the route we would take, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes. If that route is not one of our packages, we will say so.

What this call is not

Worth stating, because most free calls in this industry are a qualification screen wearing a friendly name.

  • It is not a sales presentation. We do not have slides and we will not put you on a second call to hear a pitch.
  • It is not a commitment to work together. Plenty of these calls end with a recommendation and no invoice, and that is a fine outcome.
  • It is not legal advice. We build stores and connect payments. Whether your products are lawful where you ship them is a question for a qualified attorney, and we will say so rather than guess.
  • It is not a guarantee of approval. No one can promise you a processor, and anyone who does on a first call is telling you something useful about themselves.

Not ready to talk to a person yet?

Run your store through the underwriting check first. It reports what an acquirer would find on your public site, cites the policy behind every finding, and asks you for nothing but the address.
