Can I sell telehealth services on Stripe, Shopify Payments or PayPal?
Stripe names telemedicine and restricts it instead of banning it, so compliant telehealth is bankable. What decides your outcome is prescription fulfilment. A consultation platform and a business that ships the drug afterwards can have the same website and still be completely different to underwrite.

PayPal doesn't name telehealth itself. This clause kicks in at fulfilment. Dispensing controlled substances falls squarely inside it, and a consultation service that also ships is doing both.

Shopify Payments

Shopify's list doesn't name telehealth, but it does name prescription drugs and medical devices. A consultation-only service is a different case from one that sells prescriptions through the store, and the second runs straight into this line. Stripe's restricted position applies on top.

What usually happens
Telehealth accounts survive review far more often than anything else on this page, as long as the prescribing relationship is real and documented. They fail when the consultation is just for show. To a reviewer, a two-question intake form bolted onto a product sale is a shop dressed up as a clinic, and it gets underwritten as a shop.
What works instead
